The Founder
Dr. Irving R. Restituyo, MD, CMD our founder, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the practice, specializing in the aging process and care of the elderly. Alongside him is a diverse team of medical professionals, including Dr. Fabian Delgado and Dr. Sarah Jancek, all united in delivering the highest standard of care.
Dr. Restituyo completed his Internal Medicine training at SUNY Downstate Medical University Center. His interest in the aging process and specialized medical care of the elderly led him to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital at Columbia University, where he completed a fellowship in Geriatrics.
Following his education in New York City, Dr. Restituyo relocated to southeastern Massachusetts to start his practice. His efforts resulted in the creation of the largest and most successful Internal Medicine and Geriatrics practice in the area

Jo, with over 12 years of experience in healthcare management, oversees a team of highly skilled virtual scribes dedicated to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient patient record management. Our Medical Records and Billing Department, under the vigilant leadership of Jo Colon, stands as a pillar of organizational efficiency and patient service excellence at ACO Health Solutions.
